A similar film to ours is Thir13en ghosts. It is about a haunted house that has strange 'happennings' that cannot be pinned onto one person. It was released in 2001, being a remake of a 1960 film. It only has a 13% enjoyment rate on Rotten Tomatoes as it is found to be lacking in scares. This is obviously a personal opinion as my experience of watching this was the total opposite.
The trailer is a fastly edited video which is full of suspense just like the actual film. The only thing worse than being trapped in a house with a ghost, is being trapped in a house with thirteen ghosts.
